Apply for the Besser and Mel Marshall Scholarships

Up to 3 x $3500 scholarships will be awarded to students whose course of study are (or will be) related to concrete pipe production, application, installation, or research.

Any and all students who attend (or plan to attend) a technical program, community college, or university (undergraduate or graduate program) are encouraged to apply.  The Besser and Mel Marshall Scholarship programs are intended to help bring in and/or retain students who are looking to have an impact in the concrete pipe industry and this can be done in a variety of ways.
