Tracey brings over 20 years of experience in talent and organizational development, specializing in aligning learning initiatives with strategic goals to drive engagement, performance, and measurable impact. She has designed and led innovative leadership programs that increased internal promotions, advanced workforce readiness, and improved diversity outcomes.

Her career includes leadership roles at Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business and the National Athletic Trainers Association, where she built scalable education programs that blended academic rigor with practical application.

Tracey holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Louisiana Tech University and dual master’s degrees from Southern Methodist University in Liberal Arts and Counseling, along with SHRM-CP certification.

Fun fact: When she’s not designing leadership programs, Tracey can be found cheering for her favorite team—the Pittsburgh Steelers—rain or shine.
