The Marketing Coordinator at the American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA) plays a key role in executing the association’s marketing and communication strategies. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Member Services, this full-time position is responsible for a broad range of duties including managing email communications, maintaining website content, curating and developing digital content, and overseeing social media activities. The coordinator also supports the promotion and logistics of various in-person and virtual events such as Pipe School, Safety Month, and the Annual Business Meeting. A strong proficiency in HubSpot is required for managing both CRM and CMS functions, including email workflows, lead generation forms, and campaign optimization.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, adaptable professional with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. While design and video editing experience is helpful, resourcefulness and the ability to complete tasks independently are more important. Strong communication and writing skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple projects are essential. Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva is required. The coordinator must be capable of producing compelling content, giving clear creative direction, and engaging target audiences through various digital channels. The W-ICPA State Director shall develop relationships with public officials, engineers, contractors, and legislators to impact market share through improvements to specifications for the concrete pipe and box culvert industry. The Director shall assist the members in activities which support the W-ICPA Strategic Plan, promoting pro-concrete pipe and box culvert specifications in order to increase market share. The Director works with the Board and ACPA Vice President of Operations to develop plans to meet goals of the Association. The Director shall have and perform such duties, responsibilities and authorities as may exist from time to time consistent with that position and as reasonably directed by the Board. The Director has the full authority for the management of their affairs subject only to the Rules/Bylaws or other governing documents and to the direction of the Board.

The Western Region Engineer (RE) works to support the ACPA’s Strategic Plan in the western territory. This includes the coastal states, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, New Mexico, Montana, and Wyoming. The overall goal is to increase the reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) and precast box culverts market share in the public sector, and ensure our products are appropriately specified within the territory and across the country. The RE position provides a national presence at the state and regional levels, enabling producing members to communicate and educate all relevant stakeholders (i.e. DOTs, municipalities, federal agencies, contractors, consultants, etc.) on the benefits of precast pipe and box culverts and the most appropriate manufacturing methods, design, and installation practices for their use. REs provide the platform that effectively unifies producing members’ efforts towards the accomplishment of ACPA’s strategic plan goals.
