This $3500 scholarship will be awarded to a student whose course of study is (or will be) related to concrete pipe production, application, installation, or research.
Any and all students who attend (or plan to attend) a technical program, community college, or university (undergraduate or graduate program) are encouraged to apply. The Besser Scholarship program is intended to help bring in and/or retain students who are looking to have an impact in the concrete pipe industry and this can be done in a variety of ways.
