Biography

Currently based in Miami, Florida, Brian joined the ACPA in November 2025 as a Regional Engineer. In this role, he will work closely with fellow Region Engineers, Affiliate Managing Directors, ACPA staff, and industry partners to advance ACPA’s strategic goals and strengthen the market position of reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) across the country.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, with a concentration in Structural Engineering, from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Over the past decade, he has gained extensive experience through roles such as Project Coordinator, Structural Engineering Intern with MassDOT, Project Structural Engineer, and Business Growth Manager. His diverse background has equipped him with both the technical expertise and leadership skills essential to supporting ACPA’s mission of promoting resilient and sustainable infrastructure.

Day to day, Brian will collaborate with producers, agencies, and industry professionals throughout the Eastern Region—conducting trainings, site visits, and outreach efforts to support market development and technical education. His focus will be on building strong relationships, sharing best practices, and advancing industry knowledge to ensure long-term success for concrete pipe systems nationwide.

Fun Fact: Originally from the Boston area, Brian is an avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys discovering new places and connecting with people wherever he goes.
