Biography

Joseph has over 20 years of experience in nonprofit organization management. He has been recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for program management, as well as strategic planning and innovative initiatives. Professional focal points have included fund generation, team leadership, membership growth, volunteer management, problem-solving, process enhancement, critical thinking, and decision-making.

His career included leadership roles with the Boy Scouts of America where he developed program elements for a12 day event with over 42,000 participants and time with DFW International Airport overseeing the Ambassador Volunteer program.

Fun Fact: Joseph enjoys spending time with family, his dog Sig, and traveling, having visited 48 countries so far.
