Biography

Samantha Narro is based in Irving, Texas, and has been with the American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA) since August 2024. She currently serves as Office Manager, supporting day-to-day operations and administrative functions for the association. In her role, Samantha helps maintain accurate records, supports internal processes, and assists with communication and coordination between staff, members, and external partners.

With over six years of administrative and bookkeeping experience, Samantha brings strong attention to detail and organization to her work. She has completed independent business, accounting, and QuickBooks coursework and continues pursuing additional education through community college. She is committed to supporting ACPA’s operations and contributing to the organization’s continued growth.

Fun Fact:
In addition to her professional experience, Samantha has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2015. She enjoys all aspects of the beauty industry and spending time with her two-year-old English Bull Terrier Pit, whom she has raised since she was a puppy, keeping her active and busy every day.
